Alameda

The island and town of Alameda is known for its well maintained century old Victorian homes and tree lined streets.  Beautiful parks with grassy fields, excellent public schools, and the Chuck Corica golf course are all wonderful amenities to be enjoyed by residents and visitors.  As a kid, I remember many picnics and parties at the sandy shores of Crab Cove, and as and adult and Real Estate professional I can appreciate the historic business districts with boutique shopping and amazing restaurants.  Transportation is a breeze from the island, with the ferry to San Francisco and public bus lines which connect to BART in Oakland.
